Normalizing what is normal in a society that is not normal.

I do not consider that bathing in the sea and sunbathing without a bathing suit is an outrageous or strange practice. By my view, it is normal, pleasant, comfortable, civic, healthy, and it does not have a bizarre or exotic character. Normally, when I go to the beach I try to go there where traditionally this bizarre and paranoid society (that makes everything work) will not recriminate anything, nor it will throw stones at me for not wearing a swimsuit. This does not mean that down there everyone wears the same clothing; sometimes it will happen, sometimes it will not, but there are places where people do not have problems with the image of people.

And I want to emphasize that I just think about going to the beach, to the sea ... That is, when we get up in the morning, and decide to go to the beach, we don't usually think: "we're going to do nudism" nor even "we're going to a nudist beach"; instead of this, we think with desire and illusion: "we are going to the beach". And we think of the sea, the sun, the sand, the wind, the feeling of relaxation and fusion with nature ... I never think of human nudity, nor the word nudist or naturist , nor the feeling of going to a marginal or minority space, nor the conviction of being doing any strange practice. I am not an enemy of clothes; I like clothes, I like dressing as a form of identity expression, as a protection, as an artistic expression; clothing and fashion are another way in which art manifests itself, and at home I stay dressed, and in the city as well, and in everyday social life.

I don't consider anyone as an idiot for wearing a swimsuit, even though someone considered me an idiot for not wearing it.

Perhaps due to this habit of not considering the body a reality of obligatory concealment, it happens to me that naked or dressed bodies don’t dislodges or disturbs me if I do not intend to happen it.
On the other hand, I realize that another negative consequence happens to many people; this different and negative consequence happens specifically to people that are not used to see naked bodies in a non sexual environment. These people see nudity and get excited. I can say that I usually observed this phenomenon; in fact, the same people who suffer from this phenomenon confirmed it to me. Therefore, I can certify that there are people (many people) that enter into a state of sexual alert, of excitement when they face to the sight of certain naked bodies.
It doesn't happen to me. A body is not enough for me to start a sexual desire. I find the human body beautiful. I can even affirm that nudity is the most beautiful dress of all. I can assure you that when I see naked people I always find them more beautiful than when I see them dressed, but this fact does not awaken any disturbances. And it happens to me whoever that people are, and no matter how old they are. I attribute this phenomenon to the fact that the habit of nudity on the beach throughout the summers makes my mind not to associate nudity with sexual excitement.

On the other hand, people who are usually denied the vision of the material and biological reality of the species do consciously and unconsciously attribute to it an erotic value, and therefore these people are unleashed an excitement, and sometimes this excitement appears even without nakedness, just because of the shape of a body. And some of these people, sometimes, end up seeking naked images in pornography, and so they feed back the phenomenon; that is, they further strengthen the nudity/sex association.

In my opinion, the habit of not hiding nudity in a normal and natural way on the beach undoes the sensual burden that social concealment increases.
We see what we are. We see things and people as we are and not as things and people are. The distance from the natural state of people, in all its spheres, does not lead to anything good, it falsifies each other, it turns us into objects of desire or tension, it further distances us.

On the other hand, the nudity on the beach is not just the custom of a group, or the habit of some associations, but a right of any person in society what ever ideology or militancy this person has. What is needed is to be respectful of everyone's way of life. This educational, civic, healthy value of not hiding human body should be understood better and better by people. Even today many people scandalize and prejudge and above all they lose the possibility of being humanly normal and not having a sex obsession in their heads when they encounter the vision of a body that is only human and that by the fact of existing, by the fact of going naked , or by the fact of going with tight clothes... it does not stop being spiritual, rational, cabin of an infinitely valuable spirit; a soul that is called to human friendship.
The human respect among people grows when we live this value; a value that is still unknown to many; the value of the custom of the normal vision of non-sexualized nudity in a natural, human, relational, playful and familiar environment.

And the first thing we have to do to normalize what is normal (in a society that is not normal) is to feel that it is normal, and therefore we have to avoid closets and secret groups. We don’t have to fear intolerant ones.
Even today, and even more so today with all the far right in power in so many institutions, and with the fear of everything installed in the hearts of citizens, we must work for freedom; the freedom that inquisitors of all times consider diabolical. With the slow and disguised cut of this freedom in the name of a thousand reasonable excuses, little by little the human species is moving towards a scared way of being. Enough is enough.

Concealment perverts whereas knowledge and freedom civilize.

As well as surviving, I'm trying to live. Well... In fact, I could say: As well as trying to live, I'm surviving, because the goal of our life is not surviving but living. As well as walking safely, I'm walking freely.  What good would it be to walk (even to live) if we didn't walk (or live) freely?
Our societies are full of frightened people; frightened and sluggish. They fear trying new experiences, changing outdated habits, fighting for higher freedom. They are sluggish because they preffer to stay in their humdrum life's style than to improve their sanity by leaving old and obsessive impositions.

I have just come from paradise, a place where people is in harmony with their own body and with the body of the other human beings. The validity of the monstrous repression of the moral doctrines of the big religions has expired. Human beings can live without a continual battle against their naked bodies. The knowledge and the usual seeing of naked human bodies doing natural and familiar activities get the sanity for all the human minds that grow in these circumstances. Concealment perverts whereas knowledge and freedom civilize.

Do you like being naked?

-Oh! You like being nude! Isn't it?

-No... In fact, I never think about being nude... What I like is feeling the Sun, the wind, the sea... on my whole skin as it was just one reality... I like doing it while I smell the pines and hear the wave's sound, and fill myself with such a beautiful landscape... If I thought I had to be nude... or if I wished the idea of being naked... I would lose all those perceptions

The little foolish things of life are the core of our life:

If you don't leave all, you will stay in the hustle.

I'm seeing you in the end of the Earth, in a wild spot where you have just arrived, because you decided to go further than the famous and popular paradises of the travel agencies that sold you the trip. But I realize you wear your shimmering shorts in red and blue, clean and ironed; and the Ray-Ban glasses, and your face and attitude a little bit hidebound, tense... It looks as if you didn't want to mess with the sand.

In fact, you are still in the civilization, in the frenzy of owning and feigning.

If you don't leave all (all you have, all you believe, all you fear, all you want to look like...), you will stay in the hustle, far away from this freedom.

If you don't blend yourself into this landscape, you will keep in you mind the invisible chains of repression.

If you don't get naked, you will be just a visitor, and you will not be part of the landscape.

Most bonsais remain dwarfish. Bonsais are trees with their branches tied and stranded during their growing period.

I've been enjoying in catalan beaches for the last twenty-six years. In fact, I've been going to the beach every year since I was born, but, in the first twenty years, I can't say I enjoyed, because I went to the beach as a visitor; and I went there as a visitor because, among other reasons, I was dressed. Whalt Whitman explained it very well.

In the first years of my life, when I was a little boy and I was with my family in the beach, some parts of my body were obsessively covered by a manufactered swimsuit made from oil derivatives. Yet the worst was not the discomfort of that garment, because at the beggining, I had not known yet the awesome feeling of nudity over my skin, and I could'nt compare. The worst was not the white marks under the swimsuit either. The worst were the invisible marks imprinted on my mind. The worst was the subtle lack of the whole human image, the lack of the original shape of human body on my mind, the lack of a reality that nature has engraved on the human mind since the beginning of time. The ban of a specific part of the body; as if it was a sin, as if it was damned, as if it was misterious... usually impacts the people in several different ways. People are diverse, and one cause can develop different consequences when it works over different people. But most bonsais remain dwarfish. Bonsais are trees with their branches tied and stranded during their growing period.
Soon, when I was ten or eleven years old, I went on my own to lonely beaches, and I tried to have a bath like the wild people I watched on TV documentaries and that I admired. Then, I discovered the sweet feeling of having my whole skin as if it was just one sense, a unity of perception, and I started to understand the meaning of being one with nature.

In general, people repeat the habits they have learnt from their parents, and in many aspects of the relation with our own body, the human society hardly progresses. Not always but sometimes, the occultation of our own reality produces strange and disturbing imbalances on our desires. Some people live hiding their shameful desires; and these desires appear and grow in the inmost of these people, specially men, because of the banning of the image of the whole human body during the first years of their lives. The occultation of the human body develops a strange and strong attraction towards different and unsuspected fetish. Of course, not everybody commits antisocial acts because of a repressive education, but most men show a far too strong sexual tension, and some of them, a minority, sometimes, act in an unsuitable way with regard to sexuality. A society who faced their natural reality with more transparency and maturity, specially during the growing periods, would develop a saner attitudes and a less sexual disturbances. We could produce a statistical study on antisocial behaviors with regard to sexuality, and we would find out that the groups that mostly have sexual problems are likely those who have grown in a more body concealment, and in a more repressive environment. In point of fact, some of the men who approach to naturist areas ( a minority) are not really naturists but men with an strong wish of staring at nude women. They have grown in repressive environments and they feel they need to consume naked images, often compulsively. These men (mostly they are men) create confusion in the public eye, because their behaviours are not natural behaviours, and their attittudes are not naturist attittudes.
Society is not easily going to find a solution, because it should fight against cultural and religious pressures. If a society strongly decided to develop this new freedom's philosophy, some repressed people would use this freedom to release their tied drives and at the first conflicts, the enemies of freedom would ask again to restore the old prohibitions. Besides, there is the epigenètic matter, with its influence over the fears and the obsessions of people. The epigenetic produces the heritages of the fears (and other phenotypes) from the nearby ancestors. Therefore, the path of the freedom is full of difficulties, but if we overcome, at the end of the trip we are going to find a society free of their own obsessions; a naked body is not ever going to be a cause for an uncontrolled sexuality; when somebody will see a naked body, he are not going to see a sexual object but a person, a consciousness. Seeing nakednees will never be enough to be excited, because nakedness is the original and natural dress that Earth dressed for people. A naked human body will never be more a pornographic claim, but the icon of a sacred counsciousness.

Falling in love with the inmost of the human beings

If we deeply understood the fact that we are going to die (that, in fact, we are dying), our life would be happier. I think everybody knows what experiences makes him or her happy, but the fears compells us to chase unsuitable goals: obsessive safety, glory, prestige, fame, fortune, the gleaming of a life that looks golden. These goals have a price; and this price is often too expensive. First of all we usually unconsciously despise the feelings of others. Of course, we are likely going to say that the feelings of the people are worth, and that we have to take them into account; but in the inmost of our minds, we live only for us, everyone lives only for everyone. The «others» are often a path towards our own happiness; and we don't know this harsh reality, because lies in a hidden area of our heart, but we are this way.
The greatest miracle starts when we deeply enjoy the happiness of the others as this happiness was ours. When this happens, we don't need to loose our life to reach the glory because we have already the glory everywhere. We are not going to need to beat anyone because we are going to wish only his or her friendship, only his or her companionship.

I sometimes think of those strange men who wander some naturist beaches of my dear land seeking naked female bodies. They wander and wander seeking those views that some bad educators banned them in their first years of life. Those strange men seek just images, and they disregard a reality infinitely worther and more delicious than the naked images. This worther reality is the human inside, the personality, the mind, the heart, the kindness... They incommode the most of the women they stare at. They show themselves as odd human beings, and they make a fool of themselves by showing their obsessive desire. They are victims of the repression. If they fell in love with the inmost of the human beings, whether men or women, whether smart or more common, they could overcome this bad attittude, and they would discover the most delightful beauty. They could enjoy the body's beauty without separating it from the mind's beauty, because in fact, human beings are just one reality.

Fortunately, in the naturist beaches, year after year, there are fewer and fewer men like those. However, in the whole society many people have still inside the stamp of the embarrassment on their minds. This retrograde attittude specially controls the souls of the people who dwell in islamic countries. This hiding of the human reality, of our own reality, is a cold sort of violence, a silent tyranny. The more the people's knowledges grow, the more this bad habit dissappears. The human future will be free. The future human kind will be wiser and kinder. I'm sure.

Our society is trapped in the quick-sands of fear

Scott Fitzgerald would writte «the bright tan prayer rug of a beach» to express a feeling that it hardly can be expressed.
When we talk about natural beauty we are really talking about our mother, our origin, the source of our being; and not only of our body but our inmost being. The shape of our naked body reveals the paintbrush of a misterious beauty. Here we are a reality beyond the physical interest or the material sensations. Sadly, some people who approach to naturism are trapped on the surface of the matter. We have an iceberg and some times we think that the ice is just the ice mountain outside the sea. What we see dazzles us, but some times it also blinds us.
On the other side, we have a society fearing its own being; a society that wears a mask. Where is your voice, society, when you talks as if what you say was the script of a perfect play? Why do you fear your natural voice? Who does tell the truth if everybody says what society wants to hear?
I often experience an empty sense of sadness when I realise that society lays its foundations over strict relation's rules and severe habits of hidding, instead of exploring the hopeful potentiality of the human confidence and the human tenderness. The solution should be to change what is wrong in the human heart instead of hidding what is embarrassing, and society should realise that some embarrassing realities are not really embarrassing but naturals, and that we feel them embarrassing because we live in an artificious society, a society that has got far away from nature and from human tenderness.

We have the same problem with the physical nakedness. The more we hide the more our being turns into a sexual fetish. The more we assume the naked bodies as natural realities, the more we feel they are innocent and harmless realities. The more the society hides the naked human reality to the children, the more the young ones grow with the idea that ties the sex with the nakedness engraved on their minds likely for ever. The more a family enjoys in the nude at the beach, the more the children of that family are going to grow immunized from being upset or irremediably excited by the sight of a naked body.
So... society is trapped in the quick-sands of fear. The more it fears, the more it hides. The more it hides, the more it needs to hide, and the more it fears. The more it fears, the more it lies. The more it lies, the more it needs to lie, because the more it fears.

Society needs to open its educational system and make up leeway. We are human being, and not insects or wild beasts. We have to have confidence on human beings. The shortcomings of some human beings have not to be the reason for the repression or the diminution of the freedom. We will not live as human beings if we are not free. And we will not be free if society uses the lies as a tool of the relationships, and if it hides and damns our own reality.

We lack a sweet view of his mind.

I'll never fear what my skin wants,
enjoying the air, the sun, and burning
the chains that a blind power has settled
to take me slowly towards the very death.

I'll never fear the soft sweet water,
inside the blue core of the sea,
away and free, like a big whale,
my recipe tastes very well.

My love resides where my mind is,
my mind was made from dust of stars.
A lover molded this wet powder,
and shaped simple lights of gold.

My God once thought my naked meat,
there's no use hiding his great design.
If we lost that that god devised,
we lack a sweet view of his mind.

The knowledge and the assumption of the human body frees the persons from being upset.

"Explain to the people of your country that those who have been prevented from seeing the naked human's body feel on themselves the call of the sex when they see a naked body. However, when we, the naturists, see a naked body, we don't discover a sexual reality but a pretty beautiful person. And this so precious image we see is just a flash that points towards a higher and still prettier reality. Every naked person we see announces to us the existence of a non visible being still more beautiful; a being full of dignity, of consciousness, of thought. The repression eroticises and obsesses, but instead the knowledge and the assumption of the human body frees the persons."

The society that forbids nudity is an ill society

Everybody has the right to self-image. Self-image is a tool to express one's personality, one's style, one's identity... Sometimes, in some places, there are some rules that try to impose a way of dress, or to forbid people from using some garments. These rules are an oppressive tool to exclude individual styles or to uniform a society or a group. These rules has not any rationale. The authorities that impose these rules can only argue a matter of image, of social imposition. Sometimes they say “In all civilized societies, rules forbid the caps in class” Or “In all civilized societies, rules forbid nakedness in beaches”. They don't realise that what is really uncivilized is the prohibition of a freedom that doesn't damage anyone. The natural nakedness in the nature is an innocent and natural image, our own image, the image of the dress that the Earth has made for us. The society that forbids nudity is an ill society, a society where people can't enjoy completely the nature, a society that is not completely free. In the same way, the schools that forbid caps in classrooms, are schools that subject themselves to the prevailing image, and so these schools stifle children's creativity. Sometimes, schools choose to train people to keep the social prejudices instead of teaching people to improve the society and to get a freer human kind.

The image's tyranny is an acute tyranny that corrodes piecemeal human life. Uniforms, dress codes, prohibitions, impositions... tools to dominate the natural expression of people; different ways of turning this world into a bore and grey place, without diversity, and of imposing a prevailing moral. Sometimes this moral is based on a religious dogmatism. Other times it is only based on prejudices, preconceptions, bias, prejudgements, prepossessions...

There is a sun dying in the west, and sky changes its color from the red of the sunset to the east dark blue. The arch of sky is made by a lot of colors, not by only one. The nature is diverse, and we are nature's sons and daughters. We must advance without forgetting the natural wisdom; without forgetting our origin, and the value of our freedom.

The sign of human identity.

I have no confidence on the people that call themselves "naturist" while they live obsessed by nude images. They seek naked pictures, they post this pictures in the internet, they idolize them... They even fill the internet with nude pictures of themselves in a lot of different positions. Some of these pictures are really pathetic and become indications of an unhealthy narcissism. This narcissism is a sexual imbalance, and of course it is not naturism.
If we embrace the naturist's soul, the naturist idea, we don't need to fill the internet with nudity. Of course, we can add a nude image in an article or post; nakedness is a natural and innocent reality, and there is nothing wrong in posting natural and spontaneus nude pictures when this pictures are tied with the article or with the words we have written. What I think is wrong is to post an array of pathetic and  grotesque nude and erotic images ( or nude self-images of self-adulation); and this is wrong mainly because if someone does it, he (or she) is misleading the world.

I don't believe people who call themselves “naturist” and seek (and even demand) nude pictures. Nakedness is a natural and spontaneus and free reality that appears when naturist persons feel good because they are in a natural environment and because they feel that they wish to put their whole skin in a deep and direct contact with air, sun and sea... The relations between naturist persons are always intellectual, rational and human relations, even though when the naturist persons are naked. Nakedness is not a reality contrary to spirituality, or to brotherhood, or to rationality, or to emotionality... The naturism is incompatible with the morbid speculations and have no the aim of seeking erotic or porn images. Naturism is not a mirror, but an open window to nature, to sun, to sea, to life... The nakedness is not a goal, but a tool to get the unity with the natural reality, the Earth, and the universe; and to get a relationship of equality and transparency with people, accepting the beauty of the body as an ikon of a deeper and more beautiful invisible reality hidden inside everybody we meet.

Most naturist people understand this idea. They are not among the many users of the internet that think that nudity is sex. These users  are a minority, but they make much noise. They mislead society, because when people seek information about naturism they find the wrong and disgusting messages of those who think that nudity is promiscuity.

We must leave the absurd sense of shame that embraces some people who feel embarrassed for telling everyone that they go to the beach without swimsuit. If this is not a bad practise, if we live in a democratic society, if we believe in freedom... why are we afraid of  expressing our point of view? Do people talk about policy, soccer, hobbies...? Then why don't we speak about what we like? Why do some naturist organize secret groups or closed societies? We must offer to the world the little part of diversity we are, and not hidding it.
We must not attach importance to pictures, and we must attach more importance to the ideas and the words, and specially to the defense of the environment, and to the body and the landscape on their original state. This original state is the sign of the human identity, and the pledge of the freedom and the social and mental health.
Naturist people don't live in internet. They use internet, of course, but they are not obsessed with the idea of exhibit themselves in the internet. They enjoy in the beach, or in the mountain, or in the woods... or they sleep under the stars, or perhaps they are singing beside a campfire, or swimming in a river, or building sand castles in a beach with their families... They don't spend all their time in internet nor feel the wish of posting any kind of photo.

The natural dress that nature has made for us.

It's amazing, to be out there, where the sun is shining.

We don't need anything to be happy; just being good at heart, and living in a free way.
Sea's song, again and again, spreads around.
Salt's scent flies with the breeze and embraces my skin.
Nudeness is not a tool for eating meat, nor a path towards soul's despising, and nor only a way to achieve sexual arousal.
Nudeness is the dress that nature has made for us, the way the nature has designed us, the love of the whole univers in its worship of the consciousness.
The naked body is an ikon designating a more beautiful reality, invisible to the eye.
We don't need images, nor photos, nor any material views. Nakedness is the intimate communication between atmosphere and person, between sea and person, between sun and person, between sand and person, between universe and person.
As far back as we can trace, we discover a natural and living jewel, the sanctuary of tenderness, the homeland of the childhood, the nude light of the life... Our free body under the sun. Nudeness is an strong entailment with the Earth, hence the happiness that Earth gives us.

Delta de l'Ebre. Catalonia. Wide and green rice's fields. Vast expanse of sand and sun beside the sea.

 Loneliness.
Wide and green rice's fields.
Vast expanse of sand and sun beside the sea.
Lonely beach that smells of salt and grass.
That place where nakedness is the brightest dress under the sky.
The auditorium of the waves and the birds.
The end of the land where the sea starts, and the dephts offer their misteries.

My voice and my guitar were scattered through the waves.
A black shark got close to us. The shark was chasing silver's fishes. The shark was one meter long.
Children played with the waves in a lonely paradise of water and light.

These places are sunk in a big loneliness because people preffer the noises and the neons of a mad world that tries to buy hapiness with its money. This ill world chases an idea that doesn't exist. What exists is the nature and its gifts. A free nature. A beautiful natures that calls us. Most of people don't hear nature because they have a headphones on their ears, so that they try to buy the life; but the life does not cost money. This is the deep knowledge that we should learn: life is free. The most beautiful in life is nakedness. The most handsome landscape is the original and natural landscape. To be happy and free we must leave possessions. Happiness is a decision of our mind. It is like a jump; a jump into a cold swimming pool. After the jump we realise that the water is sweet and we feel deeply happy.

This images are images of the Delta de l'Ebre, in Catalonia. There are quilometers and quilometers of free and lonely beaches to enjoy nature.

We have just arrived from Platja del Torn

We have just arrived from Platja del Torn, where we have spent some familiar and naturist days.
I like very much that beach. I like it the way the people have a rest, lying on the sand, reading, swimming or having a sunbath... Here, the nakedness is like a handsome and nice dress that makes people bright and natural. I like it very much that families spend the time without any clothes discovering the life under the sea and forgetting the fact that they are naked. In this situations, there isn't any sort of morbidness. Here, the nude body, hasn't any sort of eroticism. Here, all is tenderness and freedom. And when children will grow and become adult men and women they will have learnt to treat people not as palatable bodies but as persons that have inside a heart, a consciousness, a mind, a whole universe.
Nakedness is the book where children can learn to know the real people, without fetishism. And It is better to know the real body of the people in a familiar environment full of sanity than in forbidden magazines or marginal situations. There's no anything sinful in human body; all is natural and bright, and persons need to discover and to know the natural image of human person from the born time, and so learning to watch the consciousness behind the body. If we discover a soul, a deep and lovely soul, behind a nice and naked body, we will discover a soul behind any person we find in our life's path.
So... Where is the bad pedagogy? Where is the scandal? Where is the eroticism? Where is the clumsy strategy that presses human mind because hides the real body as if it was the box of Pandora?  This bad pedagogy is not the pedagogy of the free nude body but the pedagogy of the hard morality that for centuries has been deforming human image as if our material reality was the devil's work. This conservative moral that hates the nakedness is the cause of so many erotic and obsessive desires that dominate men's mind. This conservative and arcaic moral that attacks the nakedness really achieves something very different to the idea that it fights. This conservative morality turns men and women into pansexual and obsessive beings that feel excitation only from seeing naked men or women.
On the other hand, the familiar pedagogy that treats nakedness as a normal situation in some moments of the life (without any strange ocultation nor morbidness) is a pedagogy that turns children into men and women that live their bodies with sanity, with freedom, in a natural way. They don't feel upset or nervous or excited when they see a naked girl or a naked boy... They are stronger to decide their acts not by the desires they feel but by the aims they decide to achieve. People have born to be free, to be self consciousness, to be happy, to be natural, to be satisfied with their own reality, to love nature and to love all that nature has made on us. People feel a deep and marvellous freedom's sensation when they join to the  landscape with the whole skin, as an only sense, as a part of the natural landscape.
Too many people mix up nakedness with sexuality, and it happens because they have been educated in a bad pedagogy, the pedagogy of the ocultation. Sexuality is not a bad reality, but it is not the same than nakedness. The nude body is not necessarily sexuality. We can't be free if we don't accept and know our reality as a good reality, as a worthy reality, as a sacred reality, as a natural reality. We will be strange people if someone convinces us that we are really strange people. Our educations have been made with all the subtile missages that many people have been repeating for years without our awareness. These messages enter in our subconscious and separate us from the nature. These messages convince to a lot of people on a big lie. The messages say that naked body is ugly, sinful, pansexual, morbid... We need change the pace of the world and explain that the nakedness is the way to discover our own image and the book where children can learn that their bodies are nice, that their bodies are not obsessively sexuals, that always there is a person behind a body, a mind, a consciousness, a heart... and that the love is more than a body, more than a desire, more than an animal impulse. We must reconquered the human body for the life of spirituality and humanity. Our bodies are the icones of our persons.

Asabon river. Murillo. Huesca. A paradise...

In the Huesca's Mountains, there is a special place that is hidden in the woods; a place far away from civilitation. If you go there and turn on a radio, you will not hear any voice, any music, any clever sound. If you try to use your mobil phone, it will not work. This place is like a paradise where most of time, loneliness is the queen; loneliness, beauty, peace, light, nature... Few people know this place, and I show it only to the people that love wilderness more than cities or buildings. This place is a river flowing in a wood. A river meandering between rocks and trees with clean and emerald pools, deep or shallow pools, and the water running and flashing.
In this place you can bath and swim as you were at home, feeling the warm sunrays and the breeze on your skin, and fusing with nature and Earth. I hope you like.

To my dear Scarlett...

Be not afraid of dazzled eyes
that throw their chains to trap your heart.
Unaware slaves of static labels
creep slowly at mud,
They embrace blindness
of light and smut.

To get you out of freedom's way,
they shout at once and point your skin
fearing the wonder forms that wind
shapes with its luck, its core, its blood.

The fashion bells ring like steel,
strident, shocking, cold, acute.
The sound of nature turned mute
as beauty's sorcerer speaks loud.

All that matters is freedom's mood.

Choose the best of life. Don't discover life in labels. Make that skin be a sense again.

They think it strange that I swim naked in the sea. But I think they must get over this fear, the fear to their natural image, the fear to feelings that their own image could produce on them. Those feelings... those sensations will be even stronger if they stay on their dark island of body's cage.
All I lack is a wilder Earth, a more natural landscape, a little of freedom to be naked from time to time, some friends to sing and enjoy life as life is. Life is as our mind is. If we live full of fears It is as we live in a jail, perhaps in the worst jail, the jail of our own mind. Life is too short to live in a jail. We must choose the best of life and live it. We must catch life with both hands, bravely, and to decide living life without bad willings, helping people, and being free.

At first, we think that all in life is ruled by labels. Labels seem to be guides for life, words that decide what life is, what existence is. We have dictionaries, and we think that dictionaries fix what life is; but dictionaries learn from existence too; they don't decide what existence is, they only try to explain what existence is, so that they never know the whole of life. Dictionaries are big books full of labels, and people sometimes think that life is only the reality we find on dictionaries. This is a tragic mistake. Nobody can encage life in a book, or in a list of labels. Realities are unique realities, each reality is different and only, each reality need its own label, and label is just a word.

The naked life in nature helps people to get out of their mind jail. At times people discover that all their skin is a whole sense, like a receptor of wind's caress. This sensations arouse ancient genetic memories of homeland's signs. And I say "Homeland", not as a country or nation but as a landscape, as an earth, as a land. Our true homeland are the woods, the sea, the shore line of beaches, the meadows, the wind, the rain, the sun... When we are naked we feel as if we were a part of this homeland. At other times, people realise that their nude body is a nice reality not because it obeys social canons but because they see themselves like they were for ever and ever, when human being evolved in this pretty Earth, our treasure.

Nakedness is a feast of water sun and family. The hidden core of human being.

You don't know about me if you haven't  watched starlight in the night, sitting in a meadow, surrounded by woods, near the sea.
Most of life is true. Most of life is good. Most of people are kind. Most of fates are free.
People walk towards a future full of freedom and wisdom. The path will be hard, but at the end we'll find freedom.
In the world, some people stole freedom. They hided their true core in a very secret place. They sold their souls for power and money. They think that the truth is a childish dream, and they smile as if they were the wisest persons in the world. But they are shit, only shit. Their proud is a shit. Their superb is a shit. They live as if they weren't human beings. They are always drunk. Drunk not by alcohol but by yearn of power and money. They don't live because they yearn power and money. They are always going after the future and loose the present time. Happiness is always in the present time.
I try to love for most of the day. But love is not a wish. When we love we don't think of us. Some people say that they love very much somebody because they need very much somebody... but if they say they need... it is because they think on themselves. They really watch the love as a need for themselves. And this is not love. Love means forget oneself and think of those people we love. Love is a path of one direction.

I like nakedness as the sweetest dress I could wear, as the strongest union with wind, with sea's foam, with sun, with the Earth. I like nakedness as the most natural dress I ever could put on me. I like nakedness as the design that Earth thought for me. I am as I am because Nature is as it is. My design can't be improved with a dress because nature is the best designer and because I am a son of nature. Apples have emerged from Earth, and roses too, and carrots, and rosemary, and tomatoes... We have emerged from nature too... It means that there is a deep tie between nature and me, between nature and human beings.

I'm sad for people who confuse nakedness with sex. Nakedness is a pray, is a joy, is a feast of water sun and family. People who only see sex are very very very poor people...

Mediterranean temple, under the fire, hugging the wind.

A wooden path over the deep blue. The deep blue into my heart.
Blue and bright, blue and wide... sharp smell of salt
Salt's wind, wet wind of summer, wet wind of sea.
Salt on skin, sun on skin, pure sea's water on cupper skin,
and the brown path meanders above sand.
Sand of sun's fire, summer's fire, fire's light.
Blue light of sea, Mediterranean temple, under the fire, hugging the wind,
adoring the wet breeze of water.

Naked soul that reflects existence's core. Naked skin that adores life's love. Naked mind that binds to Earth. Naked smile that softly sleeps and dreams.
Dream that comes true. Mind on deep blue. My bare feet walking on hot sand.
Summer's dreams. Eternal dreams. Intense salt's smell on my mind.
Sea's kiss. Water's kiss.

Nudity is the antidote to avoid the sexualization and reification of the body.
