Concealment perverts whereas knowledge and freedom civilize.

As well as surviving, I'm trying to live. Well... In fact, I could say: As well as trying to live, I'm surviving, because the goal of our life is not surviving but living. As well as walking safely, I'm walking freely.  What good would it be to walk (even to live) if we didn't walk (or live) freely?
Our societies are full of frightened people; frightened and sluggish. They fear trying new experiences, changing outdated habits, fighting for higher freedom. They are sluggish because they preffer to stay in their humdrum life's style than to improve their sanity by leaving old and obsessive impositions.

I have just come from paradise, a place where people is in harmony with their own body and with the body of the other human beings. The validity of the monstrous repression of the moral doctrines of the big religions has expired. Human beings can live without a continual battle against their naked bodies. The knowledge and the usual seeing of naked human bodies doing natural and familiar activities get the sanity for all the human minds that grow in these circumstances. Concealment perverts whereas knowledge and freedom civilize.

Do you like being naked?

-Oh! You like being nude! Isn't it?

-No... In fact, I never think about being nude... What I like is feeling the Sun, the wind, the sea... on my whole skin as it was just one reality... I like doing it while I smell the pines and hear the wave's sound, and fill myself with such a beautiful landscape... If I thought I had to be nude... or if I wished the idea of being naked... I would lose all those perceptions

The little foolish things of life are the core of our life:

If you don't leave all, you will stay in the hustle.

I'm seeing you in the end of the Earth, in a wild spot where you have just arrived, because you decided to go further than the famous and popular paradises of the travel agencies that sold you the trip. But I realize you wear your shimmering shorts in red and blue, clean and ironed; and the Ray-Ban glasses, and your face and attitude a little bit hidebound, tense... It looks as if you didn't want to mess with the sand.

In fact, you are still in the civilization, in the frenzy of owning and feigning.

If you don't leave all (all you have, all you believe, all you fear, all you want to look like...), you will stay in the hustle, far away from this freedom.

If you don't blend yourself into this landscape, you will keep in you mind the invisible chains of repression.

If you don't get naked, you will be just a visitor, and you will not be part of the landscape.

Remembering the warm times of summer

Here, in the north of the Earth, winter is coming, and we remember the warm times of summer, and the freedom of nakedness. Every golden beach, every little creek, every misterious cove where the sea arrived again and again, the blue light of the water when it was crossed by sunlight, the whole human skin of the human beings who were not aware of their nakedness, the brown, the dark and golden, the coppery color of the human body, the quiet mind of the quiet souls of those who are like children.
All this beauty is usually attacked by those who have empty minds; different kinds of people of various ideas, or even without ideas, despise or confuse or assault the simple experience of freedom. To be naked is just to be naked. To be naked is not necessarily a way of life or an ideology. To be naked is a way of enjoy nature, and it is a right of every human being whatever his culture or ideology is. To be naked is not necessarily a search of sexual stimulation. Almost always, the experience of nakedness is a family and simple-hearted party.

Wallowing in the winter we enjoy the natural cold weather too. Now we live every moment of the nature's travel, waiting for the summer to come, and the sweet moments in the cliffs near the ocean, when we lived deeply by swimming in the sea, sunbathing on the rocks, hearing the waves sound, enjoying the quietness of the shore...

Nudeness and teenagers

Maybe it's because I'm a father of a teenager that I deeply know the mind's attitude of the teenagers who live in a nudist environment during the summer. I'm grateful to nature powers for the gift of not living chained to any social taboo, and the chance to teach my children to love wild nature, starting with their own body and mind.
The teenagers of this environments are 12, 13, 14... until 17 years old. In these places that people call «naturist», nudeness is not tied to eroticism, but rooted in a natural, familiar and friendly, sense. These characteristic produces a feeling of calm and normality. Adults and children are usually always naked, however sometimes teenagers put a swimsuit on, or take a swimsuit off, when they want. They like often change their image, and by their view, clothing is not a way of hiding their bodies but a tool that they use to adapt their image to what they feel in every moment. They usually strip to swim, play with the waves, sunbath, walk along the beach, but they put their swimsuit on when they want to play volleyball.
Campings make possible a deep friendship between young ones of different cultures, languages, styles... Girls and boys, Catalan, Navarrese, German, French, Dutch... spend hours laying on the sand, in the nude, without swimsuits. They usually speak for hours in english about many different matters, about the usual issues they are interested in. They spontaneously share knowledges, exchange cultural characteristics, laugh, enjoy... These moments show us how people are equal wherever we are, whatever our cultural environment is. Everybody tries to survive, fit, be accepted , accept the others, share, know, expand cultural horizons. I realize that despite the violent pulses in the human hearts, and despite the social strengths... deep in the heart of human being, kindness exists, and in the natural environments, all of a sudden, it appears. Kindness is a reality that stands inside all the human hearts when we are born and when we grow; however, as time goes by, prejudices, bias and ambition... stifle it.
There is one difference between the teenagers of free-clothes areas and teenagers of traditional and conservative campings; this difference is the obsession with the body, and specially the obsession with the hidden parts of the body that many teenagers of traditional areas feel when they meet young ones. However, the teenagers of nude areas assume the body with calm, they don't feel the necessity of watching the parts of the body that in the daily life of the society, people hide. When the young ones are used to coexist in the nude, I realise that the relationship between boys and girls in the daily society is more egalitarian, they are free from the inner strength of discovering the hidden shapes of the bodies they wish; and I'm talking not only about their life in the nude areas but also about their posterior life in their usual towns. Sometimes, the romantic love appears (the tipical summer love), and even though they live in the nude, they don't mainly fix on the topic hidden body areas, but in the color of the eyes, the beauty of a smile, the deepness of a glance, the voice, the way of being, the sweetness of a face... I talked away a long time to some of them about this matter, and instead of being fixed on the parts of the body that are usually hidden, they feel them assumed as any other part of the body. There's no obsession, there's only normality.
And they speak so long in english that they feel as if they had been in an english summer camp. At the end of the summer, they exchange their instagrams, their whattsapp, and henceforth they keep talking in the distance during the school year, despite the fact they are thousands miles far away.
The following summer, they meet again; they are older, but they do the same than the precedent summer: blue paradise of golden sea, coppery or brown free skins in the nature, cheerfulness shouting, smiles, beach parties, volleyball, dancing on the sand during the full moon nights, respectful community spirit, parties without strange substances nor stunning drinks, welcoming attitude towards newly arrived, farewell towards those who depart, interest in the culture of the country, beauty, freedom, sanity... and the skills, traits and normality of their awkward age.
Sometimes, in the beach, some strange men appear as if they were ghosts; they are the classic «voyeurs», who arrive to the beach rigid and expressionless. They walk outlandish and extravagant, everybody notices their aims. They are usually harmless, but they make themselves ridiculous. They are victims of their poor education; they are collateral damages produced by the puritanical society that condemns and hides the nude body instead of assuming its natural value. Fortunately, they are sporadic, an anecdotal minority.
At times, some integrist ideologist turns up with his inflexible rules about nudenees in FKK areas. The other day, I saw one of them He wore a cowboy hat, and he was upset because some teenagers had put their swimsuits on to play volleyball. He thought that those young ones had broken the enforced nudity of the naturist areas. «That's not right here!» he said, and I realised that everywhere the integrist people work in the same way. The integrist people assume nudeness as an enforced uniform instead of embracing freedom as the sign of any kind person. We have been evolving from a hard repression that banned the beautiful picture of the nude human body towards a freedom that we love and embrace. That old repression sentenced many generations to live in the dark of the traditional morality. According the integrist people, it seems that we have to accept the imposition of the nudeness, as if it was the victory over the old prohibition. The victory is not the imposition but the freedom; the freedom to choose, the freedom of speech, the freedom of deciding our own image. In a free society, nudeness will be chosen the most of the times, we don't need impositions. The aim that can't survive without impositions doesn't deserve to exist. The teenagers wear in their souls the spirit of the freedom; they don't fear nudeness and they don't fear freedom to choose in every moment.

In the society, the members of some families, or some groups of friends, don't think always the same about being naked at the beach; some of them like being nake, other ones prefer wearing a swimsuit. According some integrist people they should be separated and segregated even in the natural public areas, as if they belonged to different worlds. Will a group of teenagers destroy the naturist movement just because they prefer wearing swimsuit when they play volleyball?
The integrist people of any ideology (political, religious, social...) prefer the quantitative growth of their group to the growth of the freedom's level in the society. They dream about uniforms and homogeneous groups, without shades, hues or tints. They are intolerants for fear that everybody freely choose their aesthetics, ideas, believes, strategies... They are afraid for the extinction of the orthodoxy of their group. They need the orthodoxy to feel safe, because they feel that freedom it's not good enough to get their safety. Even though sometimes they think themselves pacifist, they are an army; even though they say they fight to get freedom, they are intolerant; and even though sometimes they say thet are naked, they wear uniform. Fortunately, all the aims that want to be fair and healthy breathe freedom, and integrist people are a minority. Diversity is the favourite trait of the human being, because it stems from his or her freedom, and because it also produces a new and posterior freedom. Diversity comes from freedom and produces freedom, yet the strongest chains are not the chains of integrist people but the chains forged by the tradition, the morality, the old religions, the poor education... One day people will be free at least.
Nudeness is the most beautiful dress; the natural dress of the human body. The view of the human body (of the human bodies in a natural landscape) gets to improve the human mind and its growing. The natural views, the views that all we have saved inside our brain, make us feel that we are at home, we are in our homeland, in our landscape, in our healthy environment. The natural views adapt us to our adult life, to our necessities and our maturity. On the contrary, the prohibition of that views, cuts the developing of our mind, and produces tense and repressed people, even though they don't know they are repressed, tense or nervous. What do we prefer? A teenager that has been knowing and assuming the human body as a natural and good reality in a familiar environment during his or her growing from the born to the adult life? Or a teenager with a part of the body of his or her own species banned and condemned, and continuously tied to the eroticism, as if his or her own body was a fetish? This prohibition developes a dark attraction. Forbid someone something and he or she will be for ever tied to the banned thing. The prohibition of a thing is like pointing out that thing to someone, and if that thing is a human and natural thing, the prohibition turns that thing into a dark mistery when in fact that thing is just a natural reality.
The attraction that society feels towards the banned body is exploited by some unhealthy industries and by the marketing, so... it is also a tool of manipulation and a dark shadow that works against the equality between men and women.

Maybe it's because of all this realities, that human kind (slowly but surely) is releasing from the group's morality. As years go by, nudeness is accepted as a non sexual reality; at least, no more sexual than any other reality of the life. The best ideology is the freedom; the freedom to decide our own image, and to live as everybody feels. The will of liberty will never vanish. The wish of liberty will be always beside any fair and victorious fight.

The world is as our eyes watch it

I am a man that defends the right to be naked in the nature, and I'm not alone, there are many people, men, women, families, who defend the same right. We live feeling that nothing in our body or in the body of anyone has any strange sinful power; and in fact, nothing in human body has any strange sinful power. We live feeling that our way of feeling, and that our way of thinking, is the sanest way of living. Our life is as our thoughts are. Self-estim is an energy that lays at the back of our mind; we are not aware when it works. It is like the grass growing under a thick snow's fold in the coldest winters; grass grows and nobody sees it. The world is as our eyes watch it; the world is as our mind thinks it. If we realise that nothing in our body is sinful, it will turn out that loving human beings will be easier. If we realise that nothing in our body is sinful, it will turn out that being a kind human beings will be easier because we will love ourselves better, perhaps not stronger but better. If we, and our unconscious, realise that nothing in our body is a sinful reality, and if this body is never going to be obsessively concealed again, we are never going to chase naked images obsessively, because we will feel the whole human body as an unity, as an unified reality, pure, natural, and kind... And, above all, because we are going to focus upon the mind, the thoughts, the feelings of everyone, more than upon any other reality; because the mistery and the most alluring reality in human being will be the heart, and because the body will already be utterly assumed and included.

So... people who try to fight against what they call «sin», through concealing, repressing, and denying human body, what they really do is strengthening the erotism and the morbidness in human beings. The human victory is not hiding and denying the naked body, but discovering that a naked human body is a natural and spiritual reality, and that every human body is an icone that proclame the existence of a sacred and loved human mind.

Most bonsais remain dwarfish. Bonsais are trees with their branches tied and stranded during their growing period.

I've been enjoying in catalan beaches for the last twenty-six years. In fact, I've been going to the beach every year since I was born, but, in the first twenty years, I can't say I enjoyed, because I went to the beach as a visitor; and I went there as a visitor because, among other reasons, I was dressed. Whalt Whitman explained it very well.

In the first years of my life, when I was a little boy and I was with my family in the beach, some parts of my body were obsessively covered by a manufactered swimsuit made from oil derivatives. Yet the worst was not the discomfort of that garment, because at the beggining, I had not known yet the awesome feeling of nudity over my skin, and I could'nt compare. The worst was not the white marks under the swimsuit either. The worst were the invisible marks imprinted on my mind. The worst was the subtle lack of the whole human image, the lack of the original shape of human body on my mind, the lack of a reality that nature has engraved on the human mind since the beginning of time. The ban of a specific part of the body; as if it was a sin, as if it was damned, as if it was misterious... usually impacts the people in several different ways. People are diverse, and one cause can develop different consequences when it works over different people. But most bonsais remain dwarfish. Bonsais are trees with their branches tied and stranded during their growing period.
Soon, when I was ten or eleven years old, I went on my own to lonely beaches, and I tried to have a bath like the wild people I watched on TV documentaries and that I admired. Then, I discovered the sweet feeling of having my whole skin as if it was just one sense, a unity of perception, and I started to understand the meaning of being one with nature.

In general, people repeat the habits they have learnt from their parents, and in many aspects of the relation with our own body, the human society hardly progresses. Not always but sometimes, the occultation of our own reality produces strange and disturbing imbalances on our desires. Some people live hiding their shameful desires; and these desires appear and grow in the inmost of these people, specially men, because of the banning of the image of the whole human body during the first years of their lives. The occultation of the human body develops a strange and strong attraction towards different and unsuspected fetish. Of course, not everybody commits antisocial acts because of a repressive education, but most men show a far too strong sexual tension, and some of them, a minority, sometimes, act in an unsuitable way with regard to sexuality. A society who faced their natural reality with more transparency and maturity, specially during the growing periods, would develop a saner attitudes and a less sexual disturbances. We could produce a statistical study on antisocial behaviors with regard to sexuality, and we would find out that the groups that mostly have sexual problems are likely those who have grown in a more body concealment, and in a more repressive environment. In point of fact, some of the men who approach to naturist areas ( a minority) are not really naturists but men with an strong wish of staring at nude women. They have grown in repressive environments and they feel they need to consume naked images, often compulsively. These men (mostly they are men) create confusion in the public eye, because their behaviours are not natural behaviours, and their attittudes are not naturist attittudes.
Society is not easily going to find a solution, because it should fight against cultural and religious pressures. If a society strongly decided to develop this new freedom's philosophy, some repressed people would use this freedom to release their tied drives and at the first conflicts, the enemies of freedom would ask again to restore the old prohibitions. Besides, there is the epigenètic matter, with its influence over the fears and the obsessions of people. The epigenetic produces the heritages of the fears (and other phenotypes) from the nearby ancestors. Therefore, the path of the freedom is full of difficulties, but if we overcome, at the end of the trip we are going to find a society free of their own obsessions; a naked body is not ever going to be a cause for an uncontrolled sexuality; when somebody will see a naked body, he are not going to see a sexual object but a person, a consciousness. Seeing nakednees will never be enough to be excited, because nakedness is the original and natural dress that Earth dressed for people. A naked human body will never be more a pornographic claim, but the icon of a sacred counsciousness.

Falling in love with the inmost of the human beings

If we deeply understood the fact that we are going to die (that, in fact, we are dying), our life would be happier. I think everybody knows what experiences makes him or her happy, but the fears compells us to chase unsuitable goals: obsessive safety, glory, prestige, fame, fortune, the gleaming of a life that looks golden. These goals have a price; and this price is often too expensive. First of all we usually unconsciously despise the feelings of others. Of course, we are likely going to say that the feelings of the people are worth, and that we have to take them into account; but in the inmost of our minds, we live only for us, everyone lives only for everyone. The «others» are often a path towards our own happiness; and we don't know this harsh reality, because lies in a hidden area of our heart, but we are this way.
The greatest miracle starts when we deeply enjoy the happiness of the others as this happiness was ours. When this happens, we don't need to loose our life to reach the glory because we have already the glory everywhere. We are not going to need to beat anyone because we are going to wish only his or her friendship, only his or her companionship.

I sometimes think of those strange men who wander some naturist beaches of my dear land seeking naked female bodies. They wander and wander seeking those views that some bad educators banned them in their first years of life. Those strange men seek just images, and they disregard a reality infinitely worther and more delicious than the naked images. This worther reality is the human inside, the personality, the mind, the heart, the kindness... They incommode the most of the women they stare at. They show themselves as odd human beings, and they make a fool of themselves by showing their obsessive desire. They are victims of the repression. If they fell in love with the inmost of the human beings, whether men or women, whether smart or more common, they could overcome this bad attittude, and they would discover the most delightful beauty. They could enjoy the body's beauty without separating it from the mind's beauty, because in fact, human beings are just one reality.

Fortunately, in the naturist beaches, year after year, there are fewer and fewer men like those. However, in the whole society many people have still inside the stamp of the embarrassment on their minds. This retrograde attittude specially controls the souls of the people who dwell in islamic countries. This hiding of the human reality, of our own reality, is a cold sort of violence, a silent tyranny. The more the people's knowledges grow, the more this bad habit dissappears. The human future will be free. The future human kind will be wiser and kinder. I'm sure.

Our society is trapped in the quick-sands of fear

Scott Fitzgerald would writte «the bright tan prayer rug of a beach» to express a feeling that it hardly can be expressed.
When we talk about natural beauty we are really talking about our mother, our origin, the source of our being; and not only of our body but our inmost being. The shape of our naked body reveals the paintbrush of a misterious beauty. Here we are a reality beyond the physical interest or the material sensations. Sadly, some people who approach to naturism are trapped on the surface of the matter. We have an iceberg and some times we think that the ice is just the ice mountain outside the sea. What we see dazzles us, but some times it also blinds us.
On the other side, we have a society fearing its own being; a society that wears a mask. Where is your voice, society, when you talks as if what you say was the script of a perfect play? Why do you fear your natural voice? Who does tell the truth if everybody says what society wants to hear?
I often experience an empty sense of sadness when I realise that society lays its foundations over strict relation's rules and severe habits of hidding, instead of exploring the hopeful potentiality of the human confidence and the human tenderness. The solution should be to change what is wrong in the human heart instead of hidding what is embarrassing, and society should realise that some embarrassing realities are not really embarrassing but naturals, and that we feel them embarrassing because we live in an artificious society, a society that has got far away from nature and from human tenderness.

We have the same problem with the physical nakedness. The more we hide the more our being turns into a sexual fetish. The more we assume the naked bodies as natural realities, the more we feel they are innocent and harmless realities. The more the society hides the naked human reality to the children, the more the young ones grow with the idea that ties the sex with the nakedness engraved on their minds likely for ever. The more a family enjoys in the nude at the beach, the more the children of that family are going to grow immunized from being upset or irremediably excited by the sight of a naked body.
So... society is trapped in the quick-sands of fear. The more it fears, the more it hides. The more it hides, the more it needs to hide, and the more it fears. The more it fears, the more it lies. The more it lies, the more it needs to lie, because the more it fears.

Society needs to open its educational system and make up leeway. We are human being, and not insects or wild beasts. We have to have confidence on human beings. The shortcomings of some human beings have not to be the reason for the repression or the diminution of the freedom. We will not live as human beings if we are not free. And we will not be free if society uses the lies as a tool of the relationships, and if it hides and damns our own reality.

Familiar Hawaiian party in FKK beach.

We love the whimsical beauty of the nature's shapes. And we feel they are whimsical because we are far too far from Earth. If someday all the people live far away from the wild nature, I want to be the last person to be removed from paradise. We have the paradise near, but we look for the paradise beyond the commercial offers and consumerist fakes. The biggest treasure is having nothing but wild nature. We live too fast. We live too stressed. The way of life we assume is often depressing. One thing leads to another.
Every summer, I manage to scape from the burning hell of ambition. I try to add a little bit of magic to my life. In these days it is customary for me to explore new ways of beauty, and to join nature, and to breath freely. Going back to the nature is like pulling a cork from the bottle of the purest wishes.
In holydays, my family and I usually come out of the civilitation's vortex and try to set our life loose. Sometimes it looks as though there was no getting out of dark civilitation smokes. But the strongest power lies in the imagination. And therefore we walk down the road where freedom is.
Our staying in a natural spot, in a FKK beach, on a familiar environment, far away from any profit-seeking mind... means a liberation.
Some days ago, in the night, we organized a familiar hawaiian party. We were thousands of miles away from Hawaii, of course, but suddenly we felt as we were there, probably because we have only one Earth, and anyway all is connected. We sang, we danced, we prayed to the nature's powers, to the beauty's goddess. We wished love for all the human kind. We burned all the black thoughts. At the end, when we blowed out the candles, we asked a desire with every extinguished candle. It was a fancy and magic party.

Now, we are in the civilitation again, but we'll try to stay awake, to stay aware... working to bring nature's beauty back to our everyday.

Conversations between a puritan and an ordinary man (I)

-What are you doing?
-Nothing
-But you are naked!
-Oh yes! But I'm on the beach!
-But naked!
-Yes, because I usually take all my clothes off when I want to have a sunbath or when I want to swim in the sea. And I usually dress when I stay in the city, or when I go to work... mainly in my daily life.
-Then... you're a naturist.
-Oh no... What I am has no any special name. I'm just a citizen, an ordinary citizen.
-Really? Mmm... I call you “naturist” because you take your clothes off... It's a rational conclusion...  Once I read in a book "The silence of the lambs" that if you skinned your humps, I'd call you Buffalo Bill. I suppose every attitude needs a name.
-I suppose people need to put a label on every behaviour they consider strange... But I have no any strange behaviour. Look around you, there are many different people: families, groups of friends, parents, sons, daughters, grandparents, children, couples... Some of them are naked, some others have a swimsuit... Most of groups are mixed, with one or two naked persons and one or two dressed. Everyone does what everyone wants. Usually, none of them think about sex or about any erotic issue when they are naked on the beach or when they see naked people here. Of course, as in other kind of beaches, there will probably be a minority of confused people, but it is not usual.
-Sure?
-Of course! Here, people swim, play, have a sunbath... Here, a nose is as sexy as a bottom is. Every body is just a point in the nature that remember us that there is a consciousness, a person... When someone assume naked bodies as a natural and current reality, and as a part o a human person, morbidity disappears and we are like children again. So... I'm not a naturist.
-But do naturist people exist?
-Yes, of course! There are many people who understand nudity as a way of life, but it is not my case, and I think that It is not the case of most people. If you ask all this people to explain if they are naturist or not, most of them will probably answer that they don't. The main power of the habit of the beach's nakedness lies on the people who enjoy nature without clothes and without any philosophy... only because they feel good and free.
-Do you confess this... "habit" (or whatever you call) to your friends or known persons? Do you hide it? What's your attitude like?
-I treat this "current detail" of my life as any other current detail. I don't hide it because it's not a wrong behavior and because it is a releasing way of enjoying nature. But I don't speak about it as if it was an exotic behaviour or a secret... because it is absolutely normal, at least in my country, at least so far. People who live the detail of the nudeness in the beach as it was a secret, as it was the sign of a strange comunity are condemnig this natural and universal freedom to the drawer of the strange and minoritaries social groups. As Homo sapiens, we have the right to relate with our natural image without the stilted disturbance that a dark education causes. We have the right to live in the nature with the natural dress that universe once designed for us, and we have the right to teach our sons and daughters the joy of this freedom. Everyone must be able to do what everyone wants as long as his or her acts don't decrease the freedom of any other person. Nature is the wisest power of the univers, and it has designed the softest and prettiest dress for the warm and natural situations: the skin.

Every person has the right to enjoy and to discover the deep beauty of the nature and its strong kindness.

Searching out the lost misteries in the old and alive sea.
Playing in the water as if we were playing with an old and venerable father.
Joining to the sea without any piece of clothes.
Enjoying this feelings and attittudes
not because we want to embrace a new an strange way of life
but because of our natural and ordinary way of life.
We are not weirdies, we don't belong to any group.
We are individuals belonging to many different social and cultural groups.
We have different political and religious reviews.
We belong to the whole society, and we want to improve the conditions of freedom in the whole society. We don't want a right just for a group but for every person in the society. Every person has the right to enjoy and to discover the deep beauty of the nature and its strong kindness.
We don't want human kind to be a plague of persons without love of nature, without love of freedom, without love for people...

Our image or our way of dressing doesn't make us this way. Our way of life, of loving, of watching life and nature, of breathing, of being free... makes us this way.

Nudeness? I think it is a so natural habit, so logical, and so simple... that It doesn't need to be called with any name

Some years ago, a traveller from a far country came for the first time to Europe. The country which this traveller came from was a very traditional and fundamentalist country, and all women wore headskarfs.
When the traveller arrived to Europe and saw a woman with her hair free, he thought he had found one of the famous and renowned nudist areas of Europe, one of these modern and "exotic" areas that grabbed the attention of the people of his country when they hearded about them.
The traveller asked her just one question:
-Excuse me, my lady, How long have you been as a head hair nudist?
The lady didn't understood him, because she had never worn a headskarf, and so... she had never thought she was a head hair nudist.
I think that so does nudism or naturism. I don't consider myself as a nudist or naturist only for not using swimsuit. I think it is a so natural habit, so logical, and so simple... that It doesn't need to be called with any name. People who have always used swimsuit probably will be obsessed with the fact of the nudity, but I feel that when I'm in the beach, the main fact is not the nudity but the nature: the sun, the sea, the wind... and myself in the water, in the sea, under the sun, embraced with the wind.

The knowledge and the assumption of the human body frees the persons from being upset.

"Explain to the people of your country that those who have been prevented from seeing the naked human's body feel on themselves the call of the sex when they see a naked body. However, when we, the naturists, see a naked body, we don't discover a sexual reality but a pretty beautiful person. And this so precious image we see is just a flash that points towards a higher and still prettier reality. Every naked person we see announces to us the existence of a non visible being still more beautiful; a being full of dignity, of consciousness, of thought. The repression eroticises and obsesses, but instead the knowledge and the assumption of the human body frees the persons."

The society that forbids nudity is an ill society

Everybody has the right to self-image. Self-image is a tool to express one's personality, one's style, one's identity... Sometimes, in some places, there are some rules that try to impose a way of dress, or to forbid people from using some garments. These rules are an oppressive tool to exclude individual styles or to uniform a society or a group. These rules has not any rationale. The authorities that impose these rules can only argue a matter of image, of social imposition. Sometimes they say “In all civilized societies, rules forbid the caps in class” Or “In all civilized societies, rules forbid nakedness in beaches”. They don't realise that what is really uncivilized is the prohibition of a freedom that doesn't damage anyone. The natural nakedness in the nature is an innocent and natural image, our own image, the image of the dress that the Earth has made for us. The society that forbids nudity is an ill society, a society where people can't enjoy completely the nature, a society that is not completely free. In the same way, the schools that forbid caps in classrooms, are schools that subject themselves to the prevailing image, and so these schools stifle children's creativity. Sometimes, schools choose to train people to keep the social prejudices instead of teaching people to improve the society and to get a freer human kind.

The image's tyranny is an acute tyranny that corrodes piecemeal human life. Uniforms, dress codes, prohibitions, impositions... tools to dominate the natural expression of people; different ways of turning this world into a bore and grey place, without diversity, and of imposing a prevailing moral. Sometimes this moral is based on a religious dogmatism. Other times it is only based on prejudices, preconceptions, bias, prejudgements, prepossessions...

There is a sun dying in the west, and sky changes its color from the red of the sunset to the east dark blue. The arch of sky is made by a lot of colors, not by only one. The nature is diverse, and we are nature's sons and daughters. We must advance without forgetting the natural wisdom; without forgetting our origin, and the value of our freedom.

We shall overcome. We will win. We will save the Earth from the black storm of the avarice; and the sound of the streams will be heard everywhere again.

My sea is drawing corbes in every moment. Each line is the right line it has to draw. Beyond the water, light glances, and sea's surface is like a blanket of emmerald, and the shape it forms is like the skin of an eternal god.
The power that has designed this beauty is the same power that has dreamt of my shape. My true dress is not the tissue that some factory has made but the skin made by the universe in the Earth. If someone bans this image, a deep part of my mind will miss it strongly; something inside me will be sore; I'll have lack of some reality that perhaps I will not be able to define. I'll fear nudeness, I'll find it disgusting... so I'll be sore with a part of my self, with my own natural image. Something in me will not be natural, but I will not realise because everybody will be like me, everybody will have lack of the same reality, nobody will know they will have lack of this treasure.

Some people have recovered this treasure, the self-esteem, the love for the natural dress that Earth has sewn for the Homo sapiens. Some people enjoy their free bodies in the beach and in the sea under the sun. They have been knowing their own image from they were children, and they don't think about sex when they see a natural human body. Society is ill, and it doesn't know. But one day, Human kind will turn its negative attitude into a human and soft relation with nature, with the Earth and with all the hearts. We shall overcome. We will win. We will save the Earth from the black storm of the avarice; and the sound of the streams will be heard everywhere again.

I love you!

In the human dephts, we have a lot of happiness to come.

Like an iceberg. Every human being is like an iceberg. The ice dazzles on the water, filling up its transparent soul with sunlight and beauty, but under the sea, the iceberg is bigger and more awesome. Nobody see into its enormity. Sometimes, its external beauty misleads human mind as if the deep beauty was all the beauty, but inside the ocean, a hidden heart beats and holds its whole life. The iceberg is cold and frozen, but the human being is warm and sacred. The human heart resides in the intimate nest of its invisibility. When we stare at a person's body, we don't see the deepest and most beautiful part of his or her core. What we see is nice but what we don't see is awesome. Sometimes, our eyes mislead us, and we need a heart to see better. “Here is my secret. It is very simple. It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; What is essential is invisible to the eye.” Saint Exupery wrote. And it is not only poetry. Some people reject what they don't understand or what they have known through the dark filter of the testosterone. Sometimes, some human lifes live as if they were no human beings, as if they had no a deep and strong mind to understand the most essential roots of freedom and happiness. Happiness and freedom, like icebergs and human beings, have their cores under the clean and shinning waters of a enormous ocean. Rejecting what we don't see means renouncing the humankind's lost treasures, and, in the human depths, we have a lot of happiness to come.

The most beautiful reality of a person lives inside him or her, but we shouldn't be afraid of the external beauty. The beauty our eyes can see is an ikon pointing further than itself. The soft shapes of a nude body are metaphors of an invisible energy, of a deep and sensible consciousness, of a pure and lovely mind that needs to be loved. All we need is love; a love that works beyond the interest; a love that loves the hidden part of the iceberg and that only enjoys loving the whole person, and loving his or her life, his or her rights, his or her future, his or her well-being.

The sign of human identity.

I have no confidence on the people that call themselves "naturist" while they live obsessed by nude images. They seek naked pictures, they post this pictures in the internet, they idolize them... They even fill the internet with nude pictures of themselves in a lot of different positions. Some of these pictures are really pathetic and become indications of an unhealthy narcissism. This narcissism is a sexual imbalance, and of course it is not naturism.
If we embrace the naturist's soul, the naturist idea, we don't need to fill the internet with nudity. Of course, we can add a nude image in an article or post; nakedness is a natural and innocent reality, and there is nothing wrong in posting natural and spontaneus nude pictures when this pictures are tied with the article or with the words we have written. What I think is wrong is to post an array of pathetic and  grotesque nude and erotic images ( or nude self-images of self-adulation); and this is wrong mainly because if someone does it, he (or she) is misleading the world.

I don't believe people who call themselves “naturist” and seek (and even demand) nude pictures. Nakedness is a natural and spontaneus and free reality that appears when naturist persons feel good because they are in a natural environment and because they feel that they wish to put their whole skin in a deep and direct contact with air, sun and sea... The relations between naturist persons are always intellectual, rational and human relations, even though when the naturist persons are naked. Nakedness is not a reality contrary to spirituality, or to brotherhood, or to rationality, or to emotionality... The naturism is incompatible with the morbid speculations and have no the aim of seeking erotic or porn images. Naturism is not a mirror, but an open window to nature, to sun, to sea, to life... The nakedness is not a goal, but a tool to get the unity with the natural reality, the Earth, and the universe; and to get a relationship of equality and transparency with people, accepting the beauty of the body as an ikon of a deeper and more beautiful invisible reality hidden inside everybody we meet.

Most naturist people understand this idea. They are not among the many users of the internet that think that nudity is sex. These users  are a minority, but they make much noise. They mislead society, because when people seek information about naturism they find the wrong and disgusting messages of those who think that nudity is promiscuity.

We must leave the absurd sense of shame that embraces some people who feel embarrassed for telling everyone that they go to the beach without swimsuit. If this is not a bad practise, if we live in a democratic society, if we believe in freedom... why are we afraid of  expressing our point of view? Do people talk about policy, soccer, hobbies...? Then why don't we speak about what we like? Why do some naturist organize secret groups or closed societies? We must offer to the world the little part of diversity we are, and not hidding it.
We must not attach importance to pictures, and we must attach more importance to the ideas and the words, and specially to the defense of the environment, and to the body and the landscape on their original state. This original state is the sign of the human identity, and the pledge of the freedom and the social and mental health.
Naturist people don't live in internet. They use internet, of course, but they are not obsessed with the idea of exhibit themselves in the internet. They enjoy in the beach, or in the mountain, or in the woods... or they sleep under the stars, or perhaps they are singing beside a campfire, or swimming in a river, or building sand castles in a beach with their families... They don't spend all their time in internet nor feel the wish of posting any kind of photo.

Nudity is the antidote to avoid the sexualization and reification of the body.

In summer, may be it’s because the season is favorable, I always like to write about nudity. I almost always say the same thing in a dif...
