Concealment perverts whereas knowledge and freedom civilize.

As well as surviving, I'm trying to live. Well... In fact, I could say: As well as trying to live, I'm surviving, because the goal of our life is not surviving but living. As well as walking safely, I'm walking freely.  What good would it be to walk (even to live) if we didn't walk (or live) freely?
Our societies are full of frightened people; frightened and sluggish. They fear trying new experiences, changing outdated habits, fighting for higher freedom. They are sluggish because they preffer to stay in their humdrum life's style than to improve their sanity by leaving old and obsessive impositions.

I have just come from paradise, a place where people is in harmony with their own body and with the body of the other human beings. The validity of the monstrous repression of the moral doctrines of the big religions has expired. Human beings can live without a continual battle against their naked bodies. The knowledge and the usual seeing of naked human bodies doing natural and familiar activities get the sanity for all the human minds that grow in these circumstances. Concealment perverts whereas knowledge and freedom civilize.

Do you like being naked?

-Oh! You like being nude! Isn't it?

-No... In fact, I never think about being nude... What I like is feeling the Sun, the wind, the sea... on my whole skin as it was just one reality... I like doing it while I smell the pines and hear the wave's sound, and fill myself with such a beautiful landscape... If I thought I had to be nude... or if I wished the idea of being naked... I would lose all those perceptions

The little foolish things of life are the core of our life:

If you don't leave all, you will stay in the hustle.

I'm seeing you in the end of the Earth, in a wild spot where you have just arrived, because you decided to go further than the famous and popular paradises of the travel agencies that sold you the trip. But I realize you wear your shimmering shorts in red and blue, clean and ironed; and the Ray-Ban glasses, and your face and attitude a little bit hidebound, tense... It looks as if you didn't want to mess with the sand.

In fact, you are still in the civilization, in the frenzy of owning and feigning.

If you don't leave all (all you have, all you believe, all you fear, all you want to look like...), you will stay in the hustle, far away from this freedom.

If you don't blend yourself into this landscape, you will keep in you mind the invisible chains of repression.

If you don't get naked, you will be just a visitor, and you will not be part of the landscape.

The world is as our eyes watch it

I am a man that defends the right to be naked in the nature, and I'm not alone, there are many people, men, women, families, who defend the same right. We live feeling that nothing in our body or in the body of anyone has any strange sinful power; and in fact, nothing in human body has any strange sinful power. We live feeling that our way of feeling, and that our way of thinking, is the sanest way of living. Our life is as our thoughts are. Self-estim is an energy that lays at the back of our mind; we are not aware when it works. It is like the grass growing under a thick snow's fold in the coldest winters; grass grows and nobody sees it. The world is as our eyes watch it; the world is as our mind thinks it. If we realise that nothing in our body is sinful, it will turn out that loving human beings will be easier. If we realise that nothing in our body is sinful, it will turn out that being a kind human beings will be easier because we will love ourselves better, perhaps not stronger but better. If we, and our unconscious, realise that nothing in our body is a sinful reality, and if this body is never going to be obsessively concealed again, we are never going to chase naked images obsessively, because we will feel the whole human body as an unity, as an unified reality, pure, natural, and kind... And, above all, because we are going to focus upon the mind, the thoughts, the feelings of everyone, more than upon any other reality; because the mistery and the most alluring reality in human being will be the heart, and because the body will already be utterly assumed and included.

So... people who try to fight against what they call «sin», through concealing, repressing, and denying human body, what they really do is strengthening the erotism and the morbidness in human beings. The human victory is not hiding and denying the naked body, but discovering that a naked human body is a natural and spiritual reality, and that every human body is an icone that proclame the existence of a sacred and loved human mind.

Our society is trapped in the quick-sands of fear

Scott Fitzgerald would writte «the bright tan prayer rug of a beach» to express a feeling that it hardly can be expressed.
When we talk about natural beauty we are really talking about our mother, our origin, the source of our being; and not only of our body but our inmost being. The shape of our naked body reveals the paintbrush of a misterious beauty. Here we are a reality beyond the physical interest or the material sensations. Sadly, some people who approach to naturism are trapped on the surface of the matter. We have an iceberg and some times we think that the ice is just the ice mountain outside the sea. What we see dazzles us, but some times it also blinds us.
On the other side, we have a society fearing its own being; a society that wears a mask. Where is your voice, society, when you talks as if what you say was the script of a perfect play? Why do you fear your natural voice? Who does tell the truth if everybody says what society wants to hear?
I often experience an empty sense of sadness when I realise that society lays its foundations over strict relation's rules and severe habits of hidding, instead of exploring the hopeful potentiality of the human confidence and the human tenderness. The solution should be to change what is wrong in the human heart instead of hidding what is embarrassing, and society should realise that some embarrassing realities are not really embarrassing but naturals, and that we feel them embarrassing because we live in an artificious society, a society that has got far away from nature and from human tenderness.

We have the same problem with the physical nakedness. The more we hide the more our being turns into a sexual fetish. The more we assume the naked bodies as natural realities, the more we feel they are innocent and harmless realities. The more the society hides the naked human reality to the children, the more the young ones grow with the idea that ties the sex with the nakedness engraved on their minds likely for ever. The more a family enjoys in the nude at the beach, the more the children of that family are going to grow immunized from being upset or irremediably excited by the sight of a naked body.
So... society is trapped in the quick-sands of fear. The more it fears, the more it hides. The more it hides, the more it needs to hide, and the more it fears. The more it fears, the more it lies. The more it lies, the more it needs to lie, because the more it fears.

Society needs to open its educational system and make up leeway. We are human being, and not insects or wild beasts. We have to have confidence on human beings. The shortcomings of some human beings have not to be the reason for the repression or the diminution of the freedom. We will not live as human beings if we are not free. And we will not be free if society uses the lies as a tool of the relationships, and if it hides and damns our own reality.

Conversations between a puritan and an ordinary man (I)

-What are you doing?
-Nothing
-But you are naked!
-Oh yes! But I'm on the beach!
-But naked!
-Yes, because I usually take all my clothes off when I want to have a sunbath or when I want to swim in the sea. And I usually dress when I stay in the city, or when I go to work... mainly in my daily life.
-Then... you're a naturist.
-Oh no... What I am has no any special name. I'm just a citizen, an ordinary citizen.
-Really? Mmm... I call you “naturist” because you take your clothes off... It's a rational conclusion...  Once I read in a book "The silence of the lambs" that if you skinned your humps, I'd call you Buffalo Bill. I suppose every attitude needs a name.
-I suppose people need to put a label on every behaviour they consider strange... But I have no any strange behaviour. Look around you, there are many different people: families, groups of friends, parents, sons, daughters, grandparents, children, couples... Some of them are naked, some others have a swimsuit... Most of groups are mixed, with one or two naked persons and one or two dressed. Everyone does what everyone wants. Usually, none of them think about sex or about any erotic issue when they are naked on the beach or when they see naked people here. Of course, as in other kind of beaches, there will probably be a minority of confused people, but it is not usual.
-Sure?
-Of course! Here, people swim, play, have a sunbath... Here, a nose is as sexy as a bottom is. Every body is just a point in the nature that remember us that there is a consciousness, a person... When someone assume naked bodies as a natural and current reality, and as a part o a human person, morbidity disappears and we are like children again. So... I'm not a naturist.
-But do naturist people exist?
-Yes, of course! There are many people who understand nudity as a way of life, but it is not my case, and I think that It is not the case of most people. If you ask all this people to explain if they are naturist or not, most of them will probably answer that they don't. The main power of the habit of the beach's nakedness lies on the people who enjoy nature without clothes and without any philosophy... only because they feel good and free.
-Do you confess this... "habit" (or whatever you call) to your friends or known persons? Do you hide it? What's your attitude like?
-I treat this "current detail" of my life as any other current detail. I don't hide it because it's not a wrong behavior and because it is a releasing way of enjoying nature. But I don't speak about it as if it was an exotic behaviour or a secret... because it is absolutely normal, at least in my country, at least so far. People who live the detail of the nudeness in the beach as it was a secret, as it was the sign of a strange comunity are condemnig this natural and universal freedom to the drawer of the strange and minoritaries social groups. As Homo sapiens, we have the right to relate with our natural image without the stilted disturbance that a dark education causes. We have the right to live in the nature with the natural dress that universe once designed for us, and we have the right to teach our sons and daughters the joy of this freedom. Everyone must be able to do what everyone wants as long as his or her acts don't decrease the freedom of any other person. Nature is the wisest power of the univers, and it has designed the softest and prettiest dress for the warm and natural situations: the skin.

Nudeness? I think it is a so natural habit, so logical, and so simple... that It doesn't need to be called with any name

Some years ago, a traveller from a far country came for the first time to Europe. The country which this traveller came from was a very traditional and fundamentalist country, and all women wore headskarfs.
When the traveller arrived to Europe and saw a woman with her hair free, he thought he had found one of the famous and renowned nudist areas of Europe, one of these modern and "exotic" areas that grabbed the attention of the people of his country when they hearded about them.
The traveller asked her just one question:
-Excuse me, my lady, How long have you been as a head hair nudist?
The lady didn't understood him, because she had never worn a headskarf, and so... she had never thought she was a head hair nudist.
I think that so does nudism or naturism. I don't consider myself as a nudist or naturist only for not using swimsuit. I think it is a so natural habit, so logical, and so simple... that It doesn't need to be called with any name. People who have always used swimsuit probably will be obsessed with the fact of the nudity, but I feel that when I'm in the beach, the main fact is not the nudity but the nature: the sun, the sea, the wind... and myself in the water, in the sea, under the sun, embraced with the wind.

We shall overcome. We will win. We will save the Earth from the black storm of the avarice; and the sound of the streams will be heard everywhere again.

My sea is drawing corbes in every moment. Each line is the right line it has to draw. Beyond the water, light glances, and sea's surface is like a blanket of emmerald, and the shape it forms is like the skin of an eternal god.
The power that has designed this beauty is the same power that has dreamt of my shape. My true dress is not the tissue that some factory has made but the skin made by the universe in the Earth. If someone bans this image, a deep part of my mind will miss it strongly; something inside me will be sore; I'll have lack of some reality that perhaps I will not be able to define. I'll fear nudeness, I'll find it disgusting... so I'll be sore with a part of my self, with my own natural image. Something in me will not be natural, but I will not realise because everybody will be like me, everybody will have lack of the same reality, nobody will know they will have lack of this treasure.

Some people have recovered this treasure, the self-esteem, the love for the natural dress that Earth has sewn for the Homo sapiens. Some people enjoy their free bodies in the beach and in the sea under the sun. They have been knowing their own image from they were children, and they don't think about sex when they see a natural human body. Society is ill, and it doesn't know. But one day, Human kind will turn its negative attitude into a human and soft relation with nature, with the Earth and with all the hearts. We shall overcome. We will win. We will save the Earth from the black storm of the avarice; and the sound of the streams will be heard everywhere again.

I love you!

The natural dress that nature has made for us.

It's amazing, to be out there, where the sun is shining.

We don't need anything to be happy; just being good at heart, and living in a free way.
Sea's song, again and again, spreads around.
Salt's scent flies with the breeze and embraces my skin.
Nudeness is not a tool for eating meat, nor a path towards soul's despising, and nor only a way to achieve sexual arousal.
Nudeness is the dress that nature has made for us, the way the nature has designed us, the love of the whole univers in its worship of the consciousness.
The naked body is an ikon designating a more beautiful reality, invisible to the eye.
We don't need images, nor photos, nor any material views. Nakedness is the intimate communication between atmosphere and person, between sea and person, between sun and person, between sand and person, between universe and person.
As far back as we can trace, we discover a natural and living jewel, the sanctuary of tenderness, the homeland of the childhood, the nude light of the life... Our free body under the sun. Nudeness is an strong entailment with the Earth, hence the happiness that Earth gives us.

More about the land of crystal water.

Today I will write again about Cadaqués and Cap de Creus. Because this is a very beautiful place. As I said, that was the land of Dalí
A land near the mediterranean sea, where water is clean like a crystal, forests arrive to the sea's waves, the wind smell salt, and many times we can hear the sound of the ancient sailor songs, and the sound of "Havaneres", the songs that sailors sung in the XIX century when they travelled to Cuba for trade or for the war. These are songs that fill hearts of nostalgy.
A land with a lot of little inlets, usually lonely inlets, where people can swim and sunbathe without clothes, freely. Some people say that this is the most beautiful land of the Earth. I don't know if this is the most beautiful land in the Earth, but I can tell you that the beauty of this country is so sublime like the lines of a nude body under the sun, like the reflex of cupper skin with the daylight.
Unfortunately, as I said too, an excessive amount of turists has stolen a little part of the charming  magic of this place; but if you travel there on may or june, or september, you can still find those freedom and original beauty that Earth had once upon a time.
This is a place to escape from world acceleration. I hope you visit and enjoy that place.

Nudity is not promiscuity. Naturists are not swingers.

Many people confuse nudity with sexuality; but human sexuality is present in all parts of human body, not only in the covered areas.

In my case, I defend the exercise of a responsible sexuality within the family. I believe in freedom, of course, and everyone can do what he wants, but in my personal life, sexuality belongs to family; it is a matter of my wife and me.
On the other hand, I think that a united family is the best place where children can grow up. I think that love should be present in all human relationships. When I say love, I mean really the love, empathy, will of good for people I love. Feeling is neither the cause nor the essence of love. Feeling is an usual result of love. But love is more than feeling . I can say that I love you  when I want all the good for you, in spite that the good for you doesn't mean a pleasure for me, in spite that the good for you means an effort for me.
I bathe naked on the beach, and I sunbathe naked, that's true... but I do not pretend that anybody look at me. I am not naked because I want somebody to look at me. My nudity has no sexual reasons. The concealment of the human body for centuries has caused that many people associate unconsciously nudity with sexuality. I personally think that constructive sexual relationships prioritize love and empathy over pleasure or enjoyment.
The net is full of people that confuse nudity with sexuality. These people make a bad advertising and they cause error and confusion.

We are naked in nature because this habit involves a special union with nature, with the sun, with wind, with sea, with sand. We are naked in nature because this practice allows our children to understand the human body as a natural reality, without any trauma and without erotic charge. Our daughters and sons learn the reality of the human body not as a sin or a shame, but as a natural and good reality. We are naked in nature because we like the natural aesthetic. We think that natural aesthetic is more beautiful than the aesthetic of manufactured clothes. We are naked in nature because we feel that nudity is an habit that fights against excessive consumerism of society. We are naked in nature because nudity is the dress that the Earth has decided for us when weather makes it possible.

Naturists are not swingers, we are not liberals, we are not nude to search sex or excitation. Most of us believe in a responsible sexuality, in familiar values. Most of us proclaim the human values of love, empathy, respect, culture, tolerance, and peace... above ... any other material interest.

A naked person is not just a body. A naked person is a person.

One year ago, due to the withdrawal of the illegal ordinance that prohibited nudity in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the executive secretary of the Federation of entertainment and restaurants of Canary Islands said that It seems right that young and pretty people go nude to the beach; but he also said that It doesn't seem right that old and ugly people go nude to the beach. He said that vision of naked young people is never inmoral, whereas vision of old people with flabby meat hanging is inmoral.
I would like to comment on the nonsense that this man said.
I've always admired children's spontaneity. Children love their grandparents in spite of the wrinkled skin, in spite of trembling hands, in spite of drooling mouth, in spite of slurred speech...
Children see their grandparents as if they were the most wonderfull persons on Earth. Children's attitude is quite the opposite to Mister Secretary's attitude. It seems that when Mr Secretary watches people, he sees seductive bodies or repulsive bodies. When naturist people see a person, they see just a person, wether they are nude or clothed people, old or young, tin or fat.
Illegal ordinances of some councils aim to close human nakedness into ghetos, as if nakedness was contrary to humanity, as if nakedness hurt people. These ordinances are driven by ultra-religious and conservative lobbies. These lobbies infiltrate into councils towns and they try to put the tag "civic" over a medieval and obscurantist moral. This dark moral borns from the ignorance and the dogmatism of people that believe in hells and sins. Ignorance enslaves people and slows their evolution.
We don't need any regulating law. Common sense allows us to know the best places to enjoy nature on the way we like. Non written agreements, and landscape's power, make suitable to choose one or another place.
Freedom allows society to evolve towards a free and mature comprehension of nakedness; a non forced nor banned nakedness; a non imposed nor banned clothing. Clothing is a way of expression. Nakedness is also a way of expression and a way of relate with nature. People have the natural right of free expression. A mature nakedness borns from civic attitudes and from an education inspired in natural values. Ghetos, bills and repression make impossible any evolution. Society needs to evolve towards matureness and freedom. Society needs to reconcile with their own nature. The relation with nature is one of the lost treasures of human kind.

Some day, human kind will be free. It will be free from sexual valorations. It will be free from wrong actions of people who have been educated with repressive pedagogy. Repressed people are the best customers of pornography and the best users of promiscuity. People who attack nakedness don't combat inmorality, they convert the beautifull and innocent reality of human body into pornography.
In the words of Mr Secretary, we can discover what many people feel and think about their nudity. Most of the people have been educated in a repressive way. Tradition and obscurantism are invisible chains on human mind. We do things just because we have always done this things; and this things perhaps are like stones tied to our backs . Many times this stones are invisibles. We live locked in the invisible jail of our habits learned, and kidnapping is the worst kind of poverty.
We should not disturb by words like Mr Secretary's words. This words reveal an invisible mental distortion that many people suffer; people submerged in a society dominated by consumist and conservative habits. These habits have been designed and impulsed by medieval primitive religions. We must know this prejudices for thinking about strategies that can help society to be free. These strategies must illuminate the sad and mutilator education imposed for decades.

The background error of Mr Secretary is thinking that we are bound to please others with our appearance or style. It would still be worse thinking that others must change their style or appearance for liking to the majority of population, and to be faithful to the fees of the prevailing aesthetic. These are usually wrongful and artificial canons.
We must be who we truly are. We don't have to like everybody; but we do need to accept and respect all people. Freedom is the most important people's treasure. Our image belongs us; and it has to like ourselves. Everybody must feel good with their own image. Everybody need to garnish their bodies as they like. We are not required to change our aesthetic criteria for liking most people. It is not mandatory that we like style of the other people; but we must accept the people's right for choosing their aesthetic line and their way of dressing.

On the other hand, naturist people don't go to the beach to exhibit themselves. They don't go to the beach to be watched. They go to the beach to enjoy nature. They go to the beach to feel good with themselves, to hug wind, water and sun... with all skin. They go to the beach to get rid of any manufactured product. They go to the beach to reconnected with the old feelings of union with nature, to retreat from civilitation.

People who go to the beach without swimsuits, go there with body they have. This body can be perfect or imperfect, wrinkled or young, aesthetically commercial or aesthetically family, and It is always natural. Man or woman who is in the beach without any clothes, accepts the body he (or she) has, and he (or she) also accepts the body the others have. They accept the body the others have, not because Mr Secretary finds it beautiful, but because he (or she) accepts all the persons. They accept the body the others have, not because designers of canons finds it beautiful, but because he (or she) accept all people. People are the owners of their bodies. Person's bodies, and person's skins, are natural dresses made by nature. People who dress with their skin don't do this to impress nor seduce, but to enjoy nature.

An important sector of society closes the doors to opinions or experiences that deviate from social normality. It happens due to genetic and cultural reasons. If people had the courage to try different experiences (experiences that they don't do so because of a sense of shame or insecurity) they would discover new brothers and sisters whose names are “Earth” “Nature” “Sea” “Wind” “Forest”. They would discover the nature's aesthetic. Nature's aesthetic is very different to Hollywood's aesthetic. The nature's aesthetic is the aesthetic of the nature of Homo Sapiens. Nature's aesthetic is the aesthetic of Earth colours: green forest, blue sea, plumb water of a lake when It rains, cooper skins under the sun on a southern beach, with the curved lines that only the universe can invent.

Fetish slaves feel that there are only some beautiful realities: realities that cause them erection. By contrast, a lover of nature and nakedness, feels that all that nature has created is good and pretty: the wrinkled and twisted olive's trunk, the breasts of an old or young woman, the sincere smile of a child... everything is pretty and good.

Recovering the lost innocence of nakedness.

Free nude beach of Tarragona (Catalonia)

Sometimes in life, the time becomes present: deep present, just present. When It happens, we feel the whole universe; alive and burning univers inside the present time. When It happens, language can't describe this fenomen: there aren't enough words. When It happens, human consciousness feels plenitude.
There are a lot of ways to reach plenitude. Putting our naked body in touch with natural elements is one of those ways. Human specie has been nude for many years (200.000 years) in touch with air, water, and sun. Nowadays, some people think that naked human body means scandal, sin, indecency, ugliness, poverty, misery, dirtiness... But there is no manufactured dress more beatiful than a rose or a lily. In spite we used all the gold in the world to make that dress, we wouldn't achieve the beauty of those flowers.

If we prevent any person from seeing a rose during his whole life, when this person see accidentally a rose, he (or she) will watch the rose with fear, he will examine its thorns, he will not touch its petals for avoiding an urticaria. At the end, he will declare that the rose is an strange flower, dark, abrupt, too wild to be exhibited.

Nowadays, there are a lot of people that is troubled by their own being. Many people consider that their own body, and bodies of everybody, are enemies. They think that naked bodies are danger and ugly realities. Many people go to the forest and they tear off thorny plants, they pick up all the sharp stones, they destroy all the poisonous mushrooms... and, at the end... these people think that this way of action is a right behavior. They think, wrongly, that this action contribute to achieve a more beautiful world.

Our body is a natural book, the book of the nature. If we sentence this book to darkness, we will lose the poem that existence sings through this book. Our body is only one reality, an oneness. And when our body is naked, all the senses form just one sense. The only sense (formed by all the senses) perceives the harmony of nature. When It happens, we feel plenitude.

If we recover the serenity of nakedness, we will also recover the innocence that we lost when we started to wish for money, power, prestige, pride... Children lose their innocence when they start to worry about their possessions. They lose their innocence when they start to worry about what they have, instead of worrying about what they are. When they start to worry about what they show, instead of worrying about what they are. Being nude in nature means recovering the beloved childhood. Nakedness is like a sunlight which awake us from a nightmare; the nightmare of consumption's civilization; the nightmare of utilitarianism. Nakedness is a peaceful and liberating revolution against the chains of some people that consider their body as a dirty reality; a peaceful and liberating revolution against the imposition of fear's morality... against the unhealthy conception of the own being.

Being obliged to hide body is like a finger; a finger that point out a hidden reality; a finger that clamors for a contradiction: the hidden reality is scandalous and seductive, ugly and desirable, sinful and honourable... These contradictions go into subconscious as bad seeds, and bodies are converted into erotic objects.

The key to achieve dominion over instincts is not the concealment of human body, but its knowledge. When people hide body obsessively, then people increases their body's morbidness. When people learn to discover human body, when they realise that human body is a good and nice fruit of the nature, when they discover that human body is not necessarily an erotic object, then people have self-control and interior freedom. We must know truth and watch reality face to face, without fears, complexs or uncontrolled excitements... Then we will be free from body's fetishism

Sin is only in the eyes of some people that watch naked human bodies and they just see external reality through the lenses of their own interior fears and guilt complexes. They have suffered (unconsciously) a lot of years full of guilt complexes and repression: the mistake of condemning natural realities, of condemning a part of themselves; the mistake of not assuming a part of their reality.

There are some countries and cultures where the hands of the women, or the eyes of the women, have become reason for sexual excitement. The more we hide the human body, the more It becomes perturbing reality. Human spirituality needs to recover the lost ground of the body's beauty. Human spirituality must defeat the economic empire of pornography. Human spirituality must eliminate morbidness from human body, and It must contemplate the body as a natural reality.

Human body's beauty is a metaphor of the invisible reality that accompanies body. It is an ikon that point towards a more beautifull conscience. If we love the rose that we have left in a star, then all roses will recall us our beloved rose. Every human body will recall us human dignity if we achieve to recognize ( in everybody we see) a person that deserves to be loved.

Naturist nudism can be a vaccine against the use of human body as a consumption's product. Nudism can also be the breaking-off with the enforced aesthetic of the mass media... a breaking-off with the enforced aesthetic of tradition... a breaking-off with the enforced aesthetic of the dark past centuries. Naturist nudism allows us to recover  the natural aesthetic that has evolved in Earth since the beginning of time. When the human body is naked and free in the nature, beside the sea and the yellow sand, It shines as the most beautifull image in the whole universe, the most serene, the most elegant; at least in the mind of people who lives in harmony with nature. Naturist nudism allows us to enjoy the natural elements with all our senses, with all our skin. It allows that we fill us of wind, of sea, of sun, fully. It allows that we feel free and beautifull. It allows that we humbly accept the dress that the univers has sewed for us. It allows that we discover our companions, free of fears. It allows us to be accepted by companions as we really are. It allows us to be conscious of present time, and to live in the present time without longing for any future. It allows we educate our daughters and sons with the idea of freedom, free of fears, free of fetishism, free of disproportionate valuations of body's parts.

People who reject naturist nudism shouldn't condemn this reality without previous knowledge. Different people undress due to different reasons. Most of these reasons are healthy reasons. Perhaps some people who undress are victims of a lot of repressed years (people who search sexual excitement). But most of nude people, are honest persons, families, couples, friends... They search freedom, peace, nature, beauty, sun, sea, light... They want feel as a part of landscape. As Whalt Whitman said, when we are naked in nature, we are not visitors, we are part of the landscape.

Cañuelo Beach (Tarifa) (Cádiz) Andalucia.

Today I'm not going to write about a Catalan beach, but about Cañuelo beach, in Tarifa (Cadiz) Andalucia.
In this beach, we can see a soft continuity between forest and sand. Any paved road is far away. Free nakedness is mixed with swimsuits. Here we have freedom to dress or undress. Sun is reflected on the deep blue sea and on the green pines. When summer dies, winter dress landscape in gala. The Sea grows dark and It bedecks with white handkerchieves.

Beach is longer than two hundred metres; at ten o'clock, It is immersed in a bright solitude.

At one o'clock, beach is full. Naked people, dressed people... Freedom is chaotic. Uniformity is a consequence of imposition.
We must walk along five or six quilometers to escaping from paradise and go back to the civilitation. The path follows a narrow line between the hills of a mountain steeped in beauty.

Sometimes we fear big animals that eat near path. They also fear us.

We see a big sand dune in the distance. The dune emerge from sea, and It climbs the mountain pushed by wind. As a consequence, forest is partially covered by sand.

We must return to original nature. We must go back home.

Vital dissatisfaction of many people is due to an estrangement from nature. This is a physical estrangement; but It also is an estrangement from deepest longings of human heart. When anyone, full of ambition, decide an objective that is far from original conditions of nature, vital dissatisfaction appears. Vital dissatisfaction is very difficult to overcome, because It does not usually show its causes.
I know that we are all differents; everybody have their own desires; but everybody come from the same origin. Everybody have inherited (because we are all Homo sapiens) similar genetical information. This genetical information has been configured along a long process of struggle and love with mother Earth. Earth has given us all the things.

Some people say they hate nature, but they say this because they have moved away from natural elements and they don't recognize their origins.

We must walk through the woods to avoid depressions and dissatisfactions. We must choose virginal woods, more than marked trails or limited fields. We shouldn't despise rainy days. In rainy days, forest's smells easily spread. We shouldn't fear mud. Mud is the best skin cream. We must choose wild beaches, without promenades, or footpaths, or civilizing posters, or swimsuits, or strange artifacts. Many people load their stridency, and they carry it where they want to flee. We must search inhospitable and wild territories; territories without services or facilities. We must believe in nature's mistery, even though somebody says that mistery is dead, and that all places are discovered. Earth quickly recover its wide and its green colour. Earth is soon again wild and virgin. Then, Earth give us again the lost origin and the old natural image that anyone had erased.
We must return to original nature. We must go back home.

Naked

Human body is the most beautifull design of nature.
There are a lot of people (families most of them) that goes nude to beach, just because they like swimming and sunbathing.
A lot of parents preffer that their sons and daughters discover nude human body in a natural and familiar environment than in marginal places. Knowledge provides maturity and freedom. The obsessive concealment causes a negative effect: compulsive obsession and eroticism.
When anyone grew with a free natural vision of human body in a natural and friendly environment, this pedagogy produces a healthy mental attitude.
In this blog, I will write more about this question.
Greetings!

Nudity is the antidote to avoid the sexualization and reification of the body.

In summer, may be it’s because the season is favorable, I always like to write about nudity. I almost always say the same thing in a dif...
