Having a swim in Jaizkibel

The stones of the shore are grey, like ash, like faded and light blue dust. The whole landscape seems a moon's valley, but with the sea, and with the pine's wood, and with the wet wind of the Cantabric sea. Everywhere loneliness. Everywhere nature's sounds. Many people haven't got the guts to come here, because here they find themselves; they got lost once, and they could find themselves here. And many people don't know they got lost once.
A frog in a cauldron feels good; the water is still warm and soft; the frog forgets the deep and good sensation of the cold water because it feels good in the warm water. But the water is progressively hotter. Suddenly, the water is far too hot and the frog has no time to rectify. The frog didn't know it was lost. Many frogs haven't got the guts to leave the water when it is warm.
Here, in this wild and isolated place of Jaizkibel, people can find themselves. However, considering the fact that everybody carries what he really is every place he or she goes, it turns out that if many people came here, they probably would find their own curses, their own cages.

But now we are all sitting here, on a rock, beside the ocean. I embrace the guitar and start to sing along. Then I take off all my clothes and have a swim. I swim a little bit and then I sunbath on a hot stone. Afterwards I take the guitar again and sing “The Yellow Rose of Texas” . The sun shines strongly, the sea's water sparkles and I have a swim again. My daughter dives too. We feel free, but we don't think about this; we don't think we feel free; we just feel free. Somebody could say that I am a naturist or that I am practising naturism but all is more simple; I am just free. That's all. I don't need to belong to any group nor to wear any label on my back to do what I like to do. I'm just a man in the nature; so, I'm just a man.

Breeze sweeps my skin, drenched in sea's water. I'm in a fit state to live in the present instant as if the time before now never had existed and if the future time was never going to come. But I don't think about this in this moment, I just live this situation without thinking of it. I experienced the dip in the present without thinking that I am diving in the present. We can't deeply enjoy the spontaneous experiences if we think that we are enjoying them. The life's core is deeply thoughtless.

Biarritz

When my head is tired, this same head saves me; dreams, fantasies, the paradise that I imagine. In any way,  all paradises are mind's imaginations, so that, when our mood is upset, we can live in our paradise. When my mind can no more, my heart saves me. When my heart can no more, my mind saves me. When neither my head nor my heart can  enough power to overcome difficulties, I still have the landscape to be free and to reject the god of the utilitarianism. I have seen too much death, and because of this sight, I feel that I must enjoy my life. Too many people have dead because of not enjoying life.  My heart deeply believes in what it does, so that, he still believes in miracles.  When my head is tired, Biarritz could be the landscape that gladdens my heart. And probably I don't see Biarritz as Biarritz is but as I imagine it. Biarritz is an imagined paradise where my head takes a rest. This is the reason why I like so much Biarritz, and this happens in life many times. We need a little bit of fantasy to gather strength to overcome our difficulties. I advise you to visit Biarritz, it is a jewel of the sea.
Biarritz has a fine architecture beside a sea that kisses its fronts. Biarritz has a lot of scents: creps, salt, waves, leaves, cakes, roses... The surroundings of Biarritz are full of woods and meadows, all is green and bright, and there is plenty of light everywhere.

Greetings!

Marla. A pure place of Euskadi.

Marla.
A place where Pyrenees decide to leave the athmosphere and sink in the Cantabrian sea.
A meadow, down, between atlantic forests.
A freshwater's stream that fills a lake only ten meters far from the ocean.
One of the few lonely places of Jaizkibel.
By now, Marla survives in spite the lack of intelligence and values that  suffers the specie that at these centuries domain the Earth like a plague.

For a man of my age, it is an honour knowing Jaizkibel rather well. Once upon a time that on saturday afternoons I used to go to Jaizkibel to hear the sound of the waves and to breathe clean air. I often drove to this little big hill beside the deep and dark blue sea. Jaizkibel is a house without any buzzer. Mountains are houses without buzzer. We don't need to press any buzzer at the entrance. Nature is free. I used to go through the wet grass, sometimes in the middle of the fog. It was like in the life: we usually go through with something that excites us. Those Jaizkibel's times made me drop what I was doing to think only in the present instant. When I was there I didn't miss anyone. I was old enough to decide how I wanted to spend saturday afternoons, but probably I wasn't still old enough to understand many simple things that I had understood when I was a child and that I understand now again. I remember that my temperament was rather quiet. It is still rather quiet. I think that I don't fear death. By that times, as now, I thought that nature may not be the happiness, but it is at least its cousin. Loving nature is a privilege; I am aware. But the return to the nature must be a free process; nobody must subject anyone to a enforced return. All the good things in life are free. All the enforced things are failures. Nobody is too old for the change. The life is a continuous learning.
